What Is A Pre Order?

A pre order allows you to reserve an item before it officially arrives in stock. Estimated shipping dates will be shown on the product page before purchase.

Payment

Pre order items are charged immediately at checkout. By placing a pre order, you agree to the estimated shipping timeframe shown on the product page.

Estimated Shipping Dates

All pre order shipping dates are estimates only. While we always aim to ship orders on time, delays may occasionally happen due to production, shipping, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

If there are any significant delays, we will notify customers by email.

Cancellations & Refunds

Pre orders may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

After this period, cancellations may no longer be possible if production, fulfillment preparation, or inventory allocation has already started.

Once a pre order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Orders Containing Pre Order Items

If your order contains both pre order and in stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items become available.

Product Variations

As our plushies are produced in batches, small variations may occasionally occur between production runs. Minor differences in color, firmness, embroidery placement, or stitching are considered normal and are not considered defects.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is correct at checkout. Address changes may not be possible once fulfillment preparation has started.
