Order Processing

All orders placed on grumpimals.com are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

All plush orders are shipped in protective vacuum packaging. No display box or additional items are included unless specifically mentioned on the product page.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to 150+ countries worldwide.

All orders are shipped with tracked shipping, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Estimated delivery time is typically 4–7 business days after dispatch for most metro areas.

Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and local courier operations.

Delays & Peak Periods

Shipping times may be extended during busy periods such as holidays, peak seasons, or promotional events.

Delays may also occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Customs clearance
  • Courier disruptions
  • Weather or operational issues

We appreciate your understanding in these situations.

Express Shipping

An optional express service may be available with shorter estimated delivery times.

Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control. Express shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

We ship orders exactly to the address provided by the customer. Once an order has been placed, changes can only be requested before dispatch, and we cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is shipped, we are not responsible for delivery issues, failed delivery attempts, or delivery to the wrong address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can arrange a reshipment once the customer covers the cost of re-shipping.

Bundle Orders

For bundle purchases, we aim to ship all items together. However, depending on inventory locations or availability, items may be shipped separately, and multiple tracking numbers may be provided.

Delivery Limitations

In some cases, we may not be able to deliver to your location or offer all shipping options. If this occurs, we will notify you and offer either a cancellation with a full refund or delivery to an alternative address where possible.

Proof of Delivery

Once the carrier marks an order as delivered (including delivery scan, GPS confirmation, photo, or signature), the order is considered fulfilled and completed.

At this point, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after the carrier has confirmed delivery at the shipping address provided.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location
  • Asking household members, neighbors, or building management
  • Contacting your local courier directly using your tracking number

Carriers may be able to provide additional details such as delivery photos or GPS confirmation.
